By using Quidream.com, you agree to these terms of service. This is an experimental MVP (Minimum Viable Product) so features may change or be improved without prior notice.
You may only upload your own photos or photos of people who have given you explicit consent. Images of minors, inappropriate or violent content, or copyright-infringing content are not allowed.
Do not use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content. Generated images are artistic visualizations for trip planning purposes.
The service has reasonable usage limits to maintain quality. We reserve the right to enforce usage limits if necessary.
Images generated by Quidream.com are for personal and trip-planning use. You retain rights to your original photos, but visualizations generated are derivative products of our technology system.
Quidream.com is provided 'as is' during this MVP phase. We do not guarantee continuous availability, absolute accuracy, or specific results. Use at your own risk.
Links to booking services (Skyscanner, Booking.com) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party transactions, prices, or services.
As an MVP product, Quidream.com may undergo changes, improvements, or temporary interruptions without prior notice. We will notify significant changes when possible.
You may stop using the service at any time without penalty. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.
Refunds will be granted only within seven (7) days of the purchase date and solely when the purchased credits have not been used. To request a refund, contact support with your purchase details. Quidream.com reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
